Project description:

The P+R parking garage at Filderbahnstr. 14 in Filderstadt-Bernhausen was scheduled to be demolished above ground due to structural defects. The lower levels and the ground floor, the access ramps, and the parking level above them—which serves as a temporary roof— were to remain in place for interim use. Concrete repair work must be carried out on the lowest parking level due to its proximity to the S-Bahn tunnel below.
