Conducting environmental construction monitoring (UBB) as part of the implementation of measures for ecological flood protection and watercourse development along the Twiste River in Volkmarsen.

Planning Measures for Ecological Flood Protection

Services:

Analysis of nature conservation, species protection, and environmental law requirements (approval notice, LBP).
Develop a plan for the UBB and integrate it into the construction schedule; make a one-time adjustment to the plan during the construction period to accommodate new construction dates
Information from the construction company at the pre-construction meeting
Routine on-site UBB inspections with the preparation of corresponding UBB notes
Preparing for exceptions (tree and shrub removal during the statutory breeding season)
Inspection of the construction site for breeding birds and inspection of trees to be felled for tree cavities as well as for breeding birds and bats (using endoscopy and a boom lift)
Coordination with the Higher Nature Conservation Authority
